General terms and conditions when renting a car
Price includes:
- Unlimited mileage
- Non-Waivable Excess ("NWE") and is payable where collision / damage is the fault of the hire car driver. This amount varies according to the group of car rented - You will be advised upon collection.
- Theft protection (NOTE: of car, not items stored in car)
- Third-party liability is included
- Taxes
Price does not include airport/locations service charge or delivery/collection (varies according to location)
The minimum age for hiring a car in Europe is 21 years old.
If you intend to take the car outside of Spanish territory, then you must notify the car hire company beforehand, as certain restrictions may apply.
If you want PAI (Personal Accident insurance) this would be an additional 6 euros per day per car. However, most travel insurance policies cover this, so it's worth checking.
You can charge this and other extras (see below) to your credit card when collecting the car.
